Original Paintings
Are original paintings one of a kind?
Yes. Every original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork. Once collected, it will not be restocked or reproduced as an original.
How are originals packaged and shipped?
Each original painting is carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure safe transit. We use quality materials and trusted couriers for all deliveries within Australia.
Can I see the artwork before purchasing?
We recommend viewing all available photos and contacting us if you'd like additional images or specific dimensions. We're happy to help.
Fine Art Prints
How are the prints produced?
Jeannie's fine art prints are professionally scanned from the original artwork and produced in Australia on archival-quality paper or canvas. Colours are carefully matched to honour the original piece.
Do prints come framed?
Framed and unframed options are available for most prints. Frame and size options are shown on each product page.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but screen calibration can vary. Please note that slight variation between the digital image and the printed piece is normal.
Commissions
How does a commission work?
You submit an enquiry through the Commissions page with details about your space, colours, subject and size. Jeannie reviews each request individually and responds with a personalised quote and proposed direction.
How long does a commission take?
Timeframes vary depending on size and complexity, typically 4–8 weeks. Rush requests may be possible with a priority fee — please mention your timeframe in your enquiry.
What is the deposit?
A deposit is required to secure your place in the studio schedule once the direction is confirmed. This will be outlined in your personalised quote.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
