Shipping Policy

At Art by Jeannie, each artwork and fine art print is carefully prepared, packaged and shipped with care. We want your piece to arrive safely and beautifully, whether it is an original painting, a fine art print or a commissioned artwork.

Processing Times

Orders are usually prepared within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Original paintings may require additional preparation time for final checks, protective packaging or courier arrangements.

Fine art prints may be printed to order and can require additional production time before dispatch.

Commissioned artworks will have individual timelines discussed and agreed upon before the work begins.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently offer shipping within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available, or quoted separately for larger original artworks that require specialist handling or courier delivery.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully packaged to protect the artwork, frame and surface during transit.

Depending on the size, value and destination of the piece, original artworks may be shipped using a courier or specialist art delivery service.

For larger works, we may contact you after purchase to confirm delivery details and arrange the safest shipping option.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are packaged securely to help protect them during delivery.

Depending on the size and format, prints may be shipped flat or carefully rolled in protective packaging.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method used.

As a general guide:

Metro areas: 2–7 business days after dispatch  
Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch  
Remote locations: delivery may take longer

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather events or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Art by Jeannie is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at infojeannie@proton.me.

Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at infojeannie@proton.me.

Please include:

- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
- a description of the issue

We will review the matter and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through standard checkout.

If you are located outside Australia and are interested in an original artwork or commission, please contact us before purchasing to discuss whether international delivery may be possible.

Shipping for Commissions

Shipping for commissioned artworks will be discussed as part of the commission process. Delivery cost and method may vary depending on the size, framing and destination of the finished piece.
