Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available for original artworks. It provides additional support in the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged while in transit, alongside the care we already take: every original is professionally wrapped, crated where needed, and sent via tracked courier.
Eligibility
Shipping Protection is available for original paintings only. It is not offered on fine art prints or homewares, which are covered by our standard packaging and delivery care. One Shipping Protection add-on applies to one original artwork in the same order.
What it covers
Loss of the artwork in transit, or damage to the artwork that occurs during delivery, subject to the terms on this page and our published Shipping and Returns policies.
What it does not cover
Damage occurring after delivery has been completed, damage caused by improper hanging or storage, changes of mind, or orders where the packaging and photographs described below cannot be provided.
How to make a claim
If your artwork arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date via the contact page. Please keep all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork. We will respond promptly and work with you on a repair, replacement where possible, or refund of the artwork, as appropriate.
Full terms apply. Claims must be reported within the stated timeframe with supporting photographs and packaging retained.
