Shipping Information

All artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched from Australia. Jeannie takes great care in preparing each piece for safe delivery — original paintings are wrapped, protected and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Original paintings are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Fine art prints are produced to order and dispatched within 5–10 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via tracked courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order. Signature on delivery may be required for original paintings.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for prints. Please contact us at hello@artbyjeannie.com to arrange international shipping for original paintings, as these require special freight handling and a personalised quote.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your artwork on its way to you.
